Terms and Conditions – Guest House
1. Booking and Payment
The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment (either full amount or deposit, depending on the agreed terms). The remaining balance, if any, must be paid before or at check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable rate: in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total amount of the stay will not be refunded.

3. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM (early check-in is subject to availability)

Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Self check-in is available, with document upload and access codes sent in advance.

4. House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

Pets are not allowed (unless approved in advance).

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

5. Damages and Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or items inside. Any damage will be charged at check-out or afterward if necessary.

6. City Tax
The city tax is €4.50 per person per night, to be paid at check-in, as required by the Municipality of Naples.
